Welcome to Scottish National Racing Pigeon Club mini-site.
Sunday 27th February saw over 200 Scotish fanciers attend the historic
meeting in Loanhead to set in motion a new era for the Scottish racing pigeon fancy, forming the SCOTISH NATIONAL RACING PIGEON CLUB.
This club was formed for ALL members whose lofts are situated in Scotland.

Many fanciers and clubs within the sport have donated towards the running of the club for this year which the committee is very thankful for.
The main topic which is being discussed at the moment is that the club has applied for affiliation to the Cumbria Region. Not ALL members have to be members of the RPRA for us to be accepted. If the affilation is accepted by the Cumbria Region the club will then apply for open licences for our races.Under rule 133 sec 12 of the RPRA rules it states that ANY PERSON COMPETING IN AN EVENT WHICH REQUIRES AN OPEN RACE LICENCE SHALL BE TERMED TO BE AN OCCASIONAL MEMBER OF THAT PARTICULAR ORGANISATION. This should elevate any fear or threat of expulsion to ANY FANCIER.
IMPORTANT EVENT ON 1ST MAY AT NEWBRIDGE
BOWLING CLUB IS A YOUNG BIRD AUCTION FROM SOME OF THE TOP NATIONAL MEMBERS IN SCOTLANDS,APPROXIMATELY 50 YOUNG BIRDS 1800hrs for 1900hrs.
I will try and update this over the weekend to include marking station times, convoying arrangements.
