By entering the competition you are deemed to accept the following rules.

Rules
  1. Entrants are bound to accept the following rules upon submission of the entry form.
  2. There may be only one entry per person. Anyone found to have more than one entry, both (or more) entries shall be deleted and any subsequent requests from that person to enter the competition will be denied.
  3. As an entrant you have supplied Pigeonbasics.com with some information about yourself; this information will not be passed on to any third parties and shall ony be used for 'The Race' or in giving you general website information where it seems aprropriate that you are kept informed.
  4. If any of the information you submit as part of your entry is found to be incorrect, your entry may be removed from the competition.
  5. Anyone is eligible to enter. Including breeders of the pigeons, and the webmaster. Prizes will be provided to young fancier entrants only.
  6. All birds are property of the Webmaster, and shall be raced in the same loft against each other, in order to get a fair result.
  7. Each race that a bird competes in shall be regarded of the equal value, regardless of distance, weather conditions, etc..
  8. Each entrant will be required to select 6 pigeons from the 17 first team, and 3 from 10 substitutes. These will be ordered (1 - first choice, 2 - second choice ...etc.).
  9. In the event of a tie; the entrant's first choice bird will be taken; the bird with the most points will win. Further choice birds will be taken if there is still a tie.
  10. To obtain the rating. Each race winner will be awarded 10 points... 10th - 1 point. An entrants team of pigeons' point's are then added together to give the entrant a score. The entrant with the highest score over the full programme of races will win.
  11. At the webmasters discretion, in the interest of welfare, a pigeon is not sent to a race for whatever reason, that bird will score zero for that week.
  12. If a pigeon is lost during the programme its points score to that date will stand.
  13. If a situation not described in these rules arises, it shall be dealt with by the Webmaster at his discretion. In such circumstances the Webmaster may update, re-word or add to the rules on this page. The Webmasters decision is final.
