On Friday morning (25th July), Bernard Charles was devastated to find more than 30 dead racing pigeons and 12 missing in his loft, at the Huntingtower allotments, Grantham. He believes the fox forced its way in by pushing back some wire mesh.

In April, Bernard had lost 27 young pigeons to a similar attack and doesn't know what to do about the fox problem.
